Pete’s Story

ROOTS IN
REAL ESTATE

We just love what we do. We enjoy being involved in the day-to-day so we can customize our approach to working with buyers and sellers. It’s been our calling card and something we’re super proud of.

As an independent broker-owner, Pete is actively engaged in the day-to-day realities of our profession. He understands the challenges real estate professionals face because he lives them himself. From rising home prices outpacing wage growth, to low housing inventory pushing prices out of first-time buyer reach, to rising insurance premiums, Pete feels the same aches and pains that impact agents across the country and the communities we serve.

As Pete’s career progressed, so did his opportunity to give back to an industry that has given so much to his family. From his first committee involvement in 2000, to serving both his local and state associations as President, to his lengthy list of NAR volunteer posts, Pete has spent the past 25 years making good on his obligation to elevate and strengthen the real estate industry, in good times and times of adversity.

Most of all, because of his REALTOR® association leadership, Pete has enjoyed the relationships he built along the way and is always seeking opportunities to develop more expertise, listen, and offer his time and energy helping REALTORS® across the country.

From young ages, Pete and Heather’s children Georgia, Gus, and Lilee, have been in and around the family business. Gus is exploring opportunities in the real estate industry for himself. Inspired by participating in advocacy days, Georgia is using her own voice to advocate for rheumatoid arthritis research. And Lilee fondly recalls having great memories of REALTORS® who have supported each other, the industry, and her parents.
