I got involved with the association to be around like-minded people that weren’t just interested in enriching themselves, but they were interested in enriching the industry. And when you engage more members, you are bound to have better results. Our association is continually advocating not only for consumers, but also for REALTORS®, and it’s what we do best.
PETE’S EXPERIENCE
When Pete led REALTOR® Party efforts nationwide in 2023 as the NAR Vice President of Advocacy, he prioritized fighting regulation that would drive housing providers from the market, amplifying housing accessibility and affordability, creating incentives to increase housing supply, expanding Fair Housing and homeownership opportunities, and preserving homeownership, property rights and wealth accumulation. Those values continue to be his guiding compass through challenges and opportunities that face the organization today.
Above all, Pete is an approachable leader who truly listens, values every voice, and leads with heart and purpose. He understands that more value, better ideas, and brighter opportunities are created when more voices and vantage points are involved early on.
Since 2000, Pete has served the REALTOR® organization in a variety of leadership roles at the local, state and national levels. He’s been elevated to key leadership roles by his peers, tasked with guiding the organization forward during challenging moments.
